This year 2010, the pediatric onco-hematology team is very concerned, motivated and enjoyed setting up a Dragonboat team! It will be composed of a majority of nurses working in the pediatric-onco-hematology unit (HUG), together with the dynamic and well appreciated contribution of parents and young patients followed up in our unit. Briefly the pediatric onco-hematology unit takes care of young children and teenagers who suffer from blood diseases and cancers. It's also the only one Swiss accredited centre in the French part of Switzerland for the allogenic bone-marrow transplantations. Our aim 2010 is to really reinforce our position and obtain the fastest race time! More modestly we are confident that the training held on Saturday will be of benefit and will contibute to the better performance. |

| The Dragon Divas enjoyed this event so much that they decided to include their partners! The mixed team won the event on their first outing in 2008 and will be looking to repeat that success in 2010. The boys especially like to wear their pants on the outside of their trousers and enjoy the challenge of paddling whilst balancing blue pom poms on their heads. |
